At five months, Norah is...
-Now a belly sleeper:
-LOVES using this toy as a recliner:
-Cuddling! This month she has started laying her head down on our shoulder when we're holding her to snuggle a little bit. I have to say I love this.
-Rolling like crazy. And not only does she roll, but she's also now scooting in a circle while she's on her belly. Her stationary flutter kick is seriously cute.
-Cutting a tooth? Still not sure about this one. I think I feel a little something breaking in on her bottom gums, but I'm not totally sure. She's drooling a ton and putting absolutely everything in her mouth, so it's quite possible.
-Forming opinions. Oh my, is she forming opinions. Norah is beginning to let us know exactly when she does or doesn't like something. She has major preferences regarding toys. Any toy that makes a crinkling noise is at the top of her list. Also, she lets us know when she doesn't want to be laid down. For the last week or two she has been crying EVERY time we lay her down for a nap (not because she's not tired, but because she just doesn't want to lie down) and almost every time I leave the room. Oy to the vey.
Love you, peanut!
