I can't believe we have an 8-month-old. It feels like she has gone from a squishy little newborn to a mobile and curious child overnight. At eight months, she's hit some pretty big milestones, such as...
-First flight! We flew to Austin, Texas recently and Norah did pretty well overall. The package of crackers from the stewardess turned out to be her favorite toy:
-Mobile. Norah is so incredibly mobile now. She's crawling (she took her "first crawl" in Austin) and is already pulling herself up on furniture. She's into everything now so we can't take our eyes off of her for even a minute.
Her favorite spot...
-Solid food! We're doing much better with the pureed food now. Norah has now tried just about every fruit and veggie and we'll start true "finger foods" soon. She has some pre-Cheerios (like little puff cereal) that she loves.
Current dislikes: Green beans (can you blame her?), the vacuum, and any room that mom's not in.
Current likes: Pears, carrots, water (she has a deep and abiding love for bath time), and anything that's not a toy (curtains, shoes, paper, straws, etc.).
