I'm now 39 weeks pregnant as of Tuesday. It's crazy to me how quickly this pregnancy has gone by! We're very thankful that it's been a fairly uneventful, healthy pregnancy so far. And now that we're less than a week away from my due date, we're getting REALLY excited to meet our new daughter!
A few things:
-Had an appointment today and I'm still not doing anything resembling labor. I'm due the 17th, but if she's not here by the 19th, I'll be induced that morning. I would still love to have this baby on my own, but I'm also thankful to have an end date in sight! It helps that I've been induced once before, so at least I have more of an idea of what I'd be walking into this time. We'll see what happens!

-I now have only two maternity shirts that fit over my belly. Yep. Helloooo 39+ weeks.
-I'm really trying to treasure Norah's last days as an only child. She's been SO sweet this week. Very cuddly and talking up a storm. This morning Matt and I woke up to hear her counting on the baby monitor: "One, ooo, eee." Over and over. So cute I could cry. I can't wait to meet and introduce Norah to her little sister, but I also always love remembering this season where it was just the three of us.
-Orange juice. Hate it with a burning passion when I'm not pregnant, but I've been drinking it like it's going out of style for the last few weeks.
-We think we've finally picked a name. No, really. I'm serious this time. :) We've had the worst time choosing a name for this baby and about a week ago we had narrowed it down to two names. We picked one of the two and I was so confident that I actually ordered her stocking and had the name put on it. A few days after receiving said stocking, Matt and I began having second thoughts. So we started talking about the backup name and decided we no longer wanted to use it either. HA! Thankfully, we went out to dinner the other night as a family and decided we needed a new name altogether and we think we've landed on one that we both love. It's actually a name we talked about the day we found out she was a she, so it's funny to me that we've ended up circling back around to it. Can't wait to tell you what it is!
And finally, a belly shot:
And sweet Norah watching "beew" (Little Bear . . . her favorite).
