Haha, yep. As you can see, these are not of Juliet. Unfortunately, the week I was planning to take her pictures, our ceiling collapsed in the living room of our previous house. Chaos ensued and we ended up staying at a friend's place until our new house was ready.
And here is Juliet's 7-month pic:
Nope! Still not Juliet! In her seventh month of life we moved into our new house. Surrounded by boxes and craziness, we didn't do a 7-month pic.
Little Ju Ju, I hope you know your lack of pictures during this crazy season of life is no reflection of our love for you or of your second-child-ness! :) Please think of these pictures as part of your story during this first year of life. I'll never forget how the Lord protected you and Norah from that ceiling. How you both were crawling/playing on the floor just minutes before it fell. We had just walked into the kitchen to have dinner when we heard the "BOOM" from down the hall. The drywall literally landed on top of your favorite play area. I'll always remember you and Norah sleeping like champs at the hotel room that night and going with the flow the following week at our friends' house. And then when we moved back into our slightly-construction-zone house in order to pack to move, you started trying to crawl for the first time! We moved the following week and then you really took off crawling. It made unpacking a little crazy for a mom with not one but TWO mobile kids. You seem to love the space to roam in the new house and we're so happy to watch you explore.
So thankful for your life, little Juliet!
