Sister visit!

Last week, my one and only sister, Courtney, came to visit us in KY! She drove the long eight hours with her boyfriend A.J., and we were so excited to show them our life here and spend some quality time with them.

Little known fact, I just recently found out that when Courtney and I were little, I couldn't pronounce her name very well. Apparently, I walked around introducing her as "My little Country." Aw. Funny how I ended up a Speech Pathology major.

Anyways, blog world, meet my little Country:

These pictures were taken on campus during one of the gorgeous days we got to enjoy while they were here.

Well, now that you've met my sweet sister, I feel the need to brag on her a bit. So here, are 10 random things I love about my little sis...

1. When she laughs, she sounds like Betty Rubble. From the Flinstones. You don't know Betty's laugh? Allow me to enlighten your eardrums (just click to 0:06):

It's contagious, and I love it.

2. While watching a movie by herself, she will laugh out loud to herself. Did I say loud?
3. She can spot a sale from the parking lot of the mall.
4. She loves all food that is simple, plain, or beige. Which basically means she grew up on mac and cheese.
5. She's an observer. She's content to just sit back and quietly take in everything around her.
6. She understands my sense of humor, making her like one of two people who find me funny.
7. She listened to the following CD's on repeat growing up: Savage Garden, M2M, and Dream Street. 'Nough said.
8. She loves Jesus.
9. Although barely breaking 5 foot, she's as tough as nails.
10. And lastly, there's just no one on the planet I would have rather shared a bunk bed with, ridden in the bucket seats of Dad's old red truck with, or had standing by my side as Maid of Honor.

Call me patriotic, but I just love my little Country.
