This post is about a month late, but I wanted to make sure to post the pictures!
A few weeks ago, Matt and I had an "extra special" date night. A gift card had been burning a hole in our pocket, so we got dressed up and went to dinner at one of the nicer restaurants in our city, Rivue. Rivue sits at the top of a very tall building and the entire dining room rotates while you eat, so that your view of Louisville changes about every five minutes.
The following pictures were all taken from my same seat, each with a different view:
After dinner, we went to the Kentucky Center to see the play Tuck Everlasting! Tuck Everlasting was one of the first books I remember reading as a kid with real "depth"...I was hooked. Matt bought me tickets for our anniversary and we had so much fun seeing this classic story on the stage. The play was put on by the children's theater and they did an amazing job!
