One of my favorite cookbooks

I thought it was about time I shared with you one of my favorite cookbooks. It's called "A Way to the Heart" by Robbie Rice. It's online, but you can also purchase a hard copy of her book. I stumbled across this site while living in China and Matt eventually bought me the cookbook because I talked about it so much. It's one of my favorites because everything I've made out of here has turned out so good. All of the recipes include ingredients I can both pronounce and find all by myself at the grocery store...which in my book makes it a winner.

Now I don't know Robbie, but I'm a big fan of hers. Some of our favorite recipes are the Baked Chicken Chimichangas, the Smoked Sausage Dinner, and the Cheese Stuffed Shells. Actually, her Garlic Chicken with Bow-Tie Pasta is the first dish I EVER made Matt back when we were dating. Trust me, it's good. I mean, he married me after all. :)
